We focus on the big picture and allow our management teams to focus on their business.

We do not micromanage or interfere in day-to-day operations. Where possible, we seek to retain and work alongside the existing management teams. We value the institutional memory that they hold and their ability to assist with improving capital allocation, market positioning and processes & systems maturity levels.

We recognise that the management teams who join us have done great work to build their business. Our responsibility is to further empower and support them and give them the freedom to continue doing what they do best. We create great work environments and fulfilling career opportunities for the people in our business.
